Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is an experience of a lifetime. While the climb itself is not technical, it is challenging and definitely something to make you proud of yourself. What to Expect Our expert guides will hike with you each day at a slow, steady pace to ensure the best chance of reaching the summit while reducing the risks associate with high altitude. Each day you will carry your backpack with drinking water for that day and any extra gear or snacks you might need and our devoted porters will take care of the rest. We will set up your tents each day (unless you are on a route with huts) and provide three meals each day to give you the sustenance you need to reach the top. The number of days, distance covered each day, and difficulty varies depending on which route you choose. He has summited Kilimanjaro hundreds of times and rafted through the Grand Canyon in the United States. He is passionate about conservation and loves to explore new places. Melinda Wulf has over 10 years of experience in advertising and event marketing coupled with eight years of experience living and working in Tanzania in the non-profit sector. She has summited Kilimanjaro four times and trekked to Everest Base Camp and completed the Everest Base Camp Marathon.
